It’s time!

There comes the point in every post-fifty-year-old person’s life when things are no longer working as they used to and you realise that the BIG clock is ticking! This realisation confronted me! We would all like to age well, but there is so much information out there. Some of it tested and much of it isn’t; who to believe?! It would be best if you did something and that something must be; sustainable, won’t injure you, will address both physical and mental needs, is inexpensive… and most importantly, is tried and tested. Based upon over 5,000 years of applied practice, I believe the answer is Yoga, and it’s sister medical science of Ayurveda. This website aims to explain why, and to encourage you on a journey to more health and vitality through Yoga.
