It’s time!

There comes a point in every post-fifty-year-old person’s life when things are no longer working as they used to and you realise that the BIG clock is ticking! I was confronted with this realisation. We would all like to age well but there is so much information out there–both tested and untested…who to believe?! You need to do something and that something must be sustainable, won’t injure you, address both physical and mental needs, is inexpensive … and importantly, is tried and tested.
